Latihan pengurusan kontraktor PLBK disasarkan kepada pemilik atau pengurusan utama syarikat. Kontraktor yang berjaya menghadiri kursus akan memperolehi sijil kehadiran dan mata CCD sebanyak 40 mata manakala Sijil Kecekapan Pengurusan (SKP) akan diberikan kepada peserta yang lulus ujian penilaian. SKP yang dikeluarkan membolehkan kontraktor untuk menambah pengkhususan bidang kerja pada Sijil Perakuan Pendaftaran Kontraktor CIDB.
